Everything you need to know about Regrok. Can't find your answer? Hit us up at hello@regrok.ai.
Regrok is a tool that connects to your Schoology account and shows you all your grades, assignments, and deadlines in one place. It also uses AI to tell you exactly what to focus on to improve your grades.
Think of it as a smarter grade tracker that actually helps you get A's instead of just showing you numbers.
Regrok works with any school that uses Schoology. We integrate through the official Schoology App Platform, so your school admin just needs to enable it. No special setup required on your end.
We're currently in early access. Core features like grade viewing, assignment tracking, and basic what-if calculations will be free. AI-powered features may be part of a premium plan in the future.
We're rolling out access to schools right now. Email hello@regrok.ai with your school name and we'll let you know when Regrok is available for your school.
No. When you sign in, you're logging in directly on Schoology's website — not ours. We use OAuth, the same technology behind "Sign in with Google." Schoology gives us a token to read your grades, but we never see your username or password.
No. Our access is 100% read-only. The OAuth token we receive from Schoology only allows us to read grades, assignments, and rubrics. We cannot:
No. Every time you open Regrok, we fetch your grades live from Schoology. When you close the app, the data is gone. We don't have a database of student grades. There's nothing to hack because there's nothing stored.
No. Your OAuth token only accesses your own account. You can't see anyone else's grades, and no one else can see yours through Regrok.
Go to your Schoology account settings and revoke the Regrok app under connected apps. The token becomes invalid immediately and Regrok can no longer access your data.
OAuth is an industry-standard security protocol used by Google, Apple, Facebook, and thousands of other services. It lets you grant an app limited access to your account without sharing your password.
When you click "Sign in with Schoology," you're logging in on Schoology's website. Schoology then tells Regrok "this student is who they say they are" and gives us a limited token. We can read grades with that token, but we can't do anything else.
The What-If calculator lets you plug in a hypothetical score for any assignment and instantly see how it affects your final grade. For example: "If I get a 90 on the next test, will I still have an A?" It uses your actual category weights from Schoology to calculate accurately.
When you have a graded assignment with a rubric, Regrok's AI reads the rubric criteria, looks at your score per criterion, and tells you:
It's like having a tutor who has read the rubric and knows exactly what the teacher is looking for.
We're starting with Schoology and plan to add Infinite Campus support in the future. If your school uses Infinite Campus, email us at hello@regrok.ai and we'll prioritize it.
We're starting with a web app that works on any device. Native iOS and Android apps are planned for the future. The web app works great on your phone's browser in the meantime.
Some teachers may not have posted grades yet, or the grading period may not be active. Regrok can only show what's available in Schoology's system. If grades show up in Schoology but not in Regrok, email us at hello@regrok.ai and we'll investigate.
Make sure your school has enabled the Regrok app in Schoology. If you're still having trouble, try clearing your browser cookies and signing in again. If the problem persists, email hello@regrok.ai with a screenshot and we'll help.
